Thank you for purchasing from the Indiana University Diversity Store, at this time we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders. Please contact us at deistore@iu.edu if you have any issues.
Exchanges:
In order to be eligible for an exchange, please email deistore@iu.edu. To exchange a product it must be postmarked within two weeks of receiving the item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your product, your exchange will be processed for replacement. Please contact our team at deistore@iu.edu for additional questions.
In-Store Pick up:
Pick up will be located at 611 N Woodlawn Ave, room 200; Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center (275 N Eagleson Ave), room A310 for AAAI, or room A226 for NMBCC; or First Nations Educational & Cultural Center (712 E 8th St), front room. You can pick up your order 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Mondays and Fridays, by appointment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within two weeks of confirmation.
If pick-up orders are not retrieved within 60 days, orders will be returned to inventory with no refund. If orders were placed without a shipping request and need to be shipped, please contact us at deistore@iu.edu.
Shipping
- Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using USPS
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at deistore@iu.edu. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
- Only shipping to the continental United States currently.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
